I have always loved making stuff. As a kid we'd head over to the dumpsters at the grocery store a couple blocks from home and scavenge fruit crates, that we'd pull the pine ends off of and make rubber band guns with.  When I began surfing and I decided I wanted to try my hand at making my own surfboard, eventually that happened and lead to making a few hundred boards.  You'll never guess what happened when I decided I wanted to get into boating.....Yep, I built a boat, then two... and while I haven't built a few hundred boats I've built a number of different stitch and glue boats from small prams, to paddleboards, to rowing and skiffs, and an outboard skiff.  Another thing I love doing is sharing what I know and giving others the chance to learn how to build things.
