Chuck Laguna has been an active boater around the Puget Sound region for years. Chuck was first introduced to H2out products in 2014 when he used them on his boat and RV. He was so impressed with the H2out products, that he became an investor in the company. Chuck has represented the H2out products in numerous boat and RV shows as well as sporting goods shows around the area. When H2out closed due to the Covid Pandemic, Chuck acquired the rights to make and represent the H2out Fuel Guard products.
